Haven't written in awhile

I guess I've just haven't been in a writing mood lately but here I am I thought I could write a little. I'm just going to say that I loved the Ustream that Howie and Nick did. I was laughing the entire time and hearing them laugh and having a good time made me smile. :) Sadly none of my questions got answered but that doesn't matter, I still had a great time! I couldn't think of the best questions or anything like that but it's all good. I'll still be on that boat and have time of my life. Speaking of the cruise I can't believe in 3 days it'll be booking time I'm so nervous and yet excited! I will be booking for my roommate and I. :) I'm also excited for my roommate we seem to get along great and I think we are both going to have a amazing time! My roommate (amanda) and I came up with our door decorations and since we won't be together to make them we are going for 2 different things but it will be the same thing basically, I'm just not sure how to start on mine and such. I'm not creative I will admit that but over all I will be happy with what I come up with. :)

Weather changing

I don't like how the weather is changing because I love the hot weather and being able to wear shorts and flip flops all day long. Here it's soon to be fall and the weather is already fitting, it's very chilly in the morning and early to late evening's which means hoodie time is back. Now don't get me wrong I do think Fall is a beautiful season with the leaves changing and all but that just means that soon will be Winter and I'm not looking forward to the snow and cold weather all day/night. I also see that the sun is what gives me a boost to my day, when the sun is out I'm happy and up going, when we have those shady grey cloudy days I'm a lot more moody and totally like whatever and want to be lazy all day long. This is what going to worry me about when it comes to the early morning of going to the gym.. I hope I can stick it out I know last year I used the winter and cold as a excuse I cannot do that again.

New York City!

I honestly can say that I miss NYC! I'm not sure what it's about of why I miss it but I'm thinking it has to be the city and the entertainment as well. Time Square I miss the most! I didn't get to do a whole lot of sightseeing but I'm glad I got to see Times Square once more. I went to the usual places and took photo's I wanted to walk more but my legs were very tired and I also wanted to make sure I got to the 9-11 memorial before it was dark since I was alone after all. M&M World.

Backstreet Boys GMA Experience!

Here's my review and some photo's :) Enjoy!! Backstreet Takes New York & Good Morning America August 30th & 31st 2012 When I arrived in NYC on Wednesday night I will say the adventure was about to start I had to figure out how to find the bus station as well as figure how to get to my hotel from the subway. Needless to say that it wasn’t so bad I actually did pretty well for being my first timer alone, the hardest part was finding the hotel I gotten lost and wasn’t sure how to find the hotel but after a few wrong turns and all finally found it. The area was in the Bronx and wasn’t too nice but I did manage to stay alive and well through the area. The hotel was alright I mean the front desk had a glass door so that right there didn’t make me feel safe at all. The staff barely spoke English and well I’ll stop there LOL anyways ordered pizza and finally fell asleep by 3am I believe it was. Woke up at like 8am and started the day by getting some breakfast and then gotten ready we started heading to the city at 11am I was so excited to finally go into the city!

Went to see some places and then walked over to Central Park to see where GMA was for the next morning also got to go on the GMA stage and take a photo explore Central Park some more and headed to the place where the Backstreet Take New York event was taken place a “secret” location that is. When we arrived AJ was outside smoking a cigarette and eventually got his attention he waved, smiled and said that he was watching my social cam videos and I asked him thanks I was doing it just for him, what he told me next blew me away but he told me I was looking good and I told him I lost 30lbs so far and he goes “I can tell” that made me smile ear to ear and it made my entire day then we smiled once again and I let him be, I did want him to come over so I could ask him that question I had for him but he couldn’t but he said he would if he could. I didn’t get to do the VIP event after all due to some trouble, misunderstanding and whatnot but still talked to a few fans in the line and also was on camera while they were going up and down the lines for the documentary and I also showed them my tattoo and they filmed it yay!! While waiting for Q I also saw Nick inside by the door talking on the phone I just looked at him he was sort of yelling in to the phone so I left him be as well as I was crying and of course I didn’t want him to see me like I was but he did after he was done on the phone he went back and came back to use the restroom and that’s when Q told me to wait for a little bit. When Q came out to talk to me we talked for a bit and he told me to hang in there and gave me a hug which I think is very sweet and then he asked me if I would be at GMA and I should still go and so he also got some information for me for GMA so I was prepared, after the good-byes I went to the nearest bar and had some drinks and shots which made me feel a whole lot better and the people there was so nice they gave me my shot, a beer and food for free due to my sadness when I had arrived. After the event was over I headed back to the place and waited with all the other fans waiting to see the guys leave. Nick was the first one to come out and I yelled Nick, Nick and he goes “What, What” and looks at me and goes “hey!!” and smiled and went into the van, AJ came out and smiled, Brian came out he smiled and waved back to me, Howie didn’t hear me (He needs to borrow my hearing aids… ha-ha just kidding), Kevin and Kristin was the last ones into the van and Kevin smiled and waved at me and I got Kristin’s attention and asked her if she remembered me and she said yes, I was like mentioning to well trying to tell her that Mason is adorable and they went into the van and they all left. After a hell of a night trying to get back to the hotel which wasn’t needed should of just straight to Central Park and waited in line but I didn’t try to go to sleep I just took a long hot shower and slowly got ready and hit the road at 3:30am we took the Subway to Central Park we arrived about 5am and there was already a long line and yet it was also confusing I wasn’t sure where to stand or what so we waited in the VIP line eventually when the lines were moving some guy was telling whoever had Premium seats to just go up the line so I did once inside I got a spot which was right side about 2nd/3rd row which I was happy with. The waiting and standing was the hardest part I will admit that but yes it was worth it. AJ and Brian came out with bag of bagels and fed us fans, AJ actually came down and went through the entire barricade of fans and he eventually gave me one and it was chocolate chip it was good but very messy it was all over my hands lol. I also told him that I still have his bracelet and he looked at me and smiled I believe he said thank you, awesome, or something to that.

The guys came out and did sound-check which was great to see we got to get some more times with the guys and it was fun seeing them interact and such especially with Kevin being back. Nick and AJ came down during Larger Than Life and he was in front of us for sound-check which was cool and the fans went crazy we were all being pushed up. They sang Larger Than Life, I Want It That Way, Incomplete, Everybody. During the actual concert Kevin waved at me twice and at one pointing time I was doing the I love you sign and he said thank you and smiled. I actually started to cry during Incomplete and Kevin started to cry during I Want It That Way, it was a total mess but of course it was happy tears. AJ came out to get a gift from a fan near by and eventually he was going to throw his towel and he ended up throwing it to me.

This whole experience was just amazing I always wanted to do something like this and I made it happen. I may not have photo’s with Backstreet Boys or done the VIP although I do have some good memories to last a life time and that itself made my trip worth it plus I also got to see some friend’s as well. Home Bound!

I've been home for couple of days and I will be honest it's been hard to get back into the routine and into the reality of life. I also got sick while I was in NYC so that also had been dragging me down all I want to do is sleep. Thursday I will be heading back to Weight Watcher's and getting back on track... esp after what happened in NYC and what AJ had told me that's def my get it together type of message. I also got two blisters from NYC so I can't really walk normal and when I do try to walk it hurts so I'm trying to stay off my feet but it's not working well either, I just hope it gets healed up soon, so I can start going back to the gym. I did upload my photos from NYC and I'm in the progress of writing my review from GMA and MixTape :) I also need to upload my photos to my photobucket account so I can share some photo's with you all. :) Brody (my nephew) started school today, he was very excited and yet I was here trying to not cry my eyes out, LOL!! He just grew up so fast, he needs to stop growing up!
